jlod3 Terms and Conditions — Platform Rules and User Agreement

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing jlod3.pro, downloading the jlod3 Android app, or creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not register an account or use the platform.

These terms form a binding agreement between you and jlod3. They apply to all use of the platform, including browsing, registering, depositing, placing bets, playing casino games, and requesting withdrawals. Using any feature of jlod3 after these terms have been updated constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To register and use jlod3, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You have not previously had an account on jlod3 that was closed due to a breach of these terms.
• You are capable of entering into a binding legal agreement.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for the security and activity of your jlod3 account. Specifically:

• You must keep your login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with anyone.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, regardless of whether you personally initiated it.
• Each person may hold only one account. Registering multiple accounts — whether or not they use the same details — is prohibited.
• All information you provide during registration and verification must be accurate and current. Providing false information is grounds for account closure.
• You must notify jlod3 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

jlod3 accounts are for personal use only. Accounts may not be sold, transferred, or used as a vehicle for third-party transactions. If jlod3 has reasonable grounds to believe an account is being used by someone other than the registered holder, the account may be suspended pending investigation.

4 Deposits and Payments

All deposits on jlod3 are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, and debit or credit cards. The availability of specific methods may vary and is displayed at the time of deposit.

• Deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the deposit page.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically processed instantly. Bank transfers may take longer depending on banking hours.
• jlod3 does not charge a fee for standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• In the event of a failed or reversed deposit, jlod3 will investigate and communicate the outcome to you via the registered contact details on your account.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the payment method registered to your account. Withdrawals are only sent to accounts in your own name — no third-party payouts are permitted.

• Withdrawal requests can be submitted from the wallet section of the jlod3 app or web platform at any time.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours. Bank transfers may take longer.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the time of the request.
• jlod3 may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or larger amounts.
• Withdrawal requests that fail verification or are flagged for review will be communicated to you within a reasonable timeframe.

Winnings from bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal. The specific requirements applicable to any bonus are stated at the time the bonus is offered.

6 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on jlod3 are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific rules displayed within the relevant market.

Bet Settlement

• Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant event as declared by the governing body or tournament organiser.
• For cricket markets — including PSL, T20 internationals, and other formats — results are taken from official scorecards.
• In-play bets placed after an event has concluded due to a data delay will be voided.
• Settled bets are final. jlod3 does not reverse settled bets based on player disagreement with the outcome.

Void and Cancelled Bets

• If an event is cancelled, postponed beyond a reasonable window, or abandoned without a result, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• If a market is offered with an obvious pricing error, jlod3 reserves the right to void all bets on that market.

Maximum Payouts

Maximum payout limits apply to individual bets and accumulator bets. These limits are displayed within the bet slip before confirmation. Winnings above the applicable limit on a single bet will be capped at that limit.

7 Live Casino Rules

Live casino games on jlod3 are operated by third-party studio providers. Game outcomes are determined by the studio's certified random number generation or physical dealing processes. jlod3 does not influence the outcome of any live casino game.

• All game results are final once the round has concluded and winnings have been displayed.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be settled based on the outcome that occurred regardless of your connectivity status.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits per table are displayed before joining a game.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue on the studio's side, affected rounds will be handled per the studio provider's void and replay policy, and jlod3 will communicate the outcome to affected accounts.

8 Bonuses and Promotions

jlod3 may offer bonuses, free bets, or other promotional credits to registered users from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms:

• Bonuses are offered to one account per person, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is stated in the specific offer details.
• Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated in the offer.
• jlod3 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time, subject to obligations already created.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including opening multiple accounts, using third-party funds, or manipulating qualifying conditions — will result in the bonus being voided and the account being reviewed.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jlod3. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and being reported where legally required:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Accessing or attempting to access another user's account.
• Exploiting software errors, display errors, or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Engaging in or facilitating match fixing, insider betting, or any form of sports manipulation.
• Operating a jlod3 account on behalf of another person or acting as an agent.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identity information at registration or during verification.
• Registering while under the age of 18 or assisting a minor in registering.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

jlod3 reserves the right to suspend or close an account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within a requested timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including match fixing or account manipulation.
• Duplicate account detection.
• A request from the account holder to self-exclude.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the user, jlod3 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation. Where an account is closed for operational reasons unrelated to user breach, the remaining balance will be returned to the user's registered payment method.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on jlod3.pro — including text, graphics, logos, button designs, images, and software — is the property of jlod3 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any jlod3 content without express written permission. This includes scraping the platform for data, copying betting markets for redistribution, or reusing brand assets without authorisation.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jlod3 is not liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of the platform.
• Service interruptions, delays, or downtime beyond jlod3's reasonable control.
• Loss arising from your reliance on information displayed on the platform, including odds, market descriptions, or promotional details that contained an error.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have not taken reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

jlod3's total liability in any circumstances is limited to the amount you deposited in the transaction or event directly giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13 Privacy and Data

jlod3 collects and processes personal data in connection with your account registration, verification, transactions, and use of the platform. This data is handled in accordance with the jlod3 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms and should be read alongside them.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data is not sold to third parties. Payment data is not stored on jlod3 servers — it is processed via secure third-party payment gateways.

14 Responsible Gaming
